PMI Peachstate is a full service real estate property management company that provides professional property management services in Henry, Fayette, Coweta, South Clayton and surrounding areas. With our state-of-the-art technology, we are able to offer our customers the highest quality services available to keep them informed of how their investments are doing real-time. We specialize in association management for Homeowner Associations (HOA), Property Owner Associations (POA), Condo Owner Associations (COA) and developing communities. Our services include financial reporting, vendor management, association board member education/training, homeowner surveys and community maintenance coordination. We are equipped to customize and meet the specific needs of your community. Mendez comes to PMI with about 20 years of management experience in the insurance industry. He has always had a passion for real estate, which led to him purchasing his first commercial property a few years ago. His portfolio now includes both commercial and residential properties.
Mendez is a licensed real estate agent and member of Community Associations International (CAI).
